Exxaro is one of the largest black empowered coal mining companies in South Africa with operations in Limpopo and Mpumalanga. We strive to conduct our business activities in a way that creates success not only for Exxaro, but for society too. From how we mine to what we mine, we’re stewarding the countries natural resources and social capital and using them both to build happy, healthy communities for a better place to live.
Our purpose is to power better lives in Africa and beyond and we know that that can’t be done without all our stakeholders. This community portal is a place where we believe we can enhance our communication and collaboration with our communities surrounding our operations.
We’ve launched this community-based website to enable you to engage with Exxaro directly and to see information about the mines operating in your area. We would like to grow this portal into a place where you find all the information you need from small enterprise support, job opportunities, bursaries, procurement opportunities, etc.
Community members will be able to register on the portal to access information that is relevant to your community. Since this is your platform you will be able to comment and lodge any grievances you may want to raise with the company.
