If the waiting time between the flight cancellation time and the departure time of your new flight exceeds 8 hours, accommodation will be provided free of charge, along with round-trip transportation between the airport and your accommodation.
Cancel your flight and request a full refund if the next available flight does not suit you.
If you purchased your ticket in cash, bank cheque/bank transfer/bank money order/travel voucher and/or award ticket/Miles, etc., you will receive your refund within 7 days.
If the completion of your return journey is no longer of any use, you will be provided with a return flight to your departure point free of charge as soon as possible.
